Therefore, in October we rebuilt it according to the same principle by which reports in the Analytics section have already been implemented . The changes can be seen in the Call Center - Call Log 2.0 Beta . Now you can select a time range at the top, and below it is a chart. If you click on the desired squares with indicators, the latter will be displayed on the chart: total calls; received calls; targeted calls; requests from new users; the total duration of all conversations; how long did the conversation last on average? The button for listening to audio recordings of calls is now more visible and located in the middle of the table. This is no coincidence - users find audio recordings very useful and often listen to them. Call log 2.0 Ringostat As in the old version, you can create your own reports in the new call log.
