The rules are yet just pointing out the basic facts about your posts here. I suppose most of you know that a decent gentleman's behavior should concord with ethical code, which means that above all the following is forbidden:
INSULTS AND USER ABUSE
1) Posting insults - mainly to other members, other member's work. Insults in general are not acceptable under any circumstances, should you feel offended by someone's post/behaviour, please report the post or contact the staff team. Posting insults won't be tolerated by any means and the user will become a subject to ban. Length of the shall be decided upon the insult basis. (Also note section 6)
ASKING FOR MATERIAL
2) It is strictly forbidden to ask/beg developers or users of the forum for content material whether released to the public or not unless the developer has given his/her consent that his/her work can be obtained or distributed by others.
Please note that under no circumstances will posts directly accusing anyone with theft of work be tolerated. Should a copyright infringement occur in any of the posts related to THIS forum, the correct procedure is to report such post using the so-called button or informing the forum admin via pm. If suitable, the post will be after judging the evidence provided removed. Should arguments or fights be transferred from other forums here, the thread will be erased and all involved users will be treated accordingly. This is not anything personal, it is just to prevent this forum from becoming a battlefield as what we want is to develop something new for the simulator and discuss about railways, not argue with each other.

3) Explicit language - please try to not use rude expressions. We all know them well, we need to learn some constructive expressions instead.

4) Rankings - After a probation period, you might receive a ranking that will show in your posts. To explain - no, you will not became a moderator or anything with this ranking, it will only show how reliable and good source of information you are. So, it is up to you and you only, because everybody will get what he or she deserves.

7 ) Under normal circumstances, members will be warned a maximum of three times, warnings are effective for a defined period and once this period lapsed and no further warnings have been issued, the warning will cease to apply. The period for which a warning will be in force will be 90 days. If you receive a warning, it would be a good idea to behave. as a further two warnings in the same period will result in a permanent ban.
If you think that you have been unfairly warned, contact admin and ask for a review. The admin will speak to the staff member who issued the warning to ascertain the circumstances in which the warning was issued. The admin will examine the case thoroughly including checking posts and will adjudicate. If it is felt that the warning was issued unfairly, the warning will be repealed.
BEHAVIOUR OF MODERATORS AND ADMIN
8 ) Moderators and admin should remain neutral and act in a discreet, fair but decisive way when dealing with members, threads posts and forum maintenance to ensure a level playing field for all members. If you feel you have been unfairly dealt with, contact the admin with details of what your grievance is and who dealt with you. Please be assured, there is no favoritism here, all members, regardless of rank (if any) will be dealt with on a fair and even basis and your issue(s) will be dealt with. However, whatever the outcome of your issue, the decision is final and no further comments shall be issued or entertained with on the issue.

8 B )We at any time can/will delete duplicate accounts on this forum. users should only have one account. if two accounts are found with the same IP address
